I don't know why it isn't getting more reaction, but the plan you laid out here is going to make more than a few clever lazy people a whole shed load of moolah...if they just grasp the concept and run with it. Ai is hot and even has google running around in code red mode and trying to suppress generated content. It'll be good while it's good, but the ride won't last forever cause I hear Microsoft just funded ChatGPT with ten billion....you know what that means, the players are already trying to figure out how control the market and get their greedy f'ing hands on it. But I can't help but feel a bit of schadenfreude watching google squirm :)

One question: In the last sentence, "Now, what if you took that book and allowed people with buyers to offer the book as a bonus, free of charge?" - How do you make the rev share with them if you offer it free ( I imagine this is the front-end, back-end maybe?). Also, I will like to see what kind of deals can you make with them
I look forward to Travis' answer on this but I imagine you wouldn't rev share with the buyer list owner as he (or she) is happy just to provide his (or her) audience a valuable relevant bonus for free? But instead we'd cashflow from the affiliate link offers inside the book while getting even wider distribution. Maybe set up a special page opt-in for the list owner's buyers to claim the free book, and now we've built our own list of hot prospects from their buyers. Dang I'm gettin' excited just thinking of the possibilities. I'm sure Travis will crack open our noggins with multiple other ways I haven't thought of.

Honestly, I would probably do a clean book (it has to be clean on kindle, no affiliate links) and offer the influencers 100% of the royalties, with one stipulation., I get a linktree link at the top of the resources section. That would allow me to do all kinds of creative things with back-end. The important thing would be to dial in a niche that can be easily monitized,like health, wealth or relationships.

I plan on launching it is a 99 cent'r and focusing on the back-end. I was inspired by Travis to launch a newsletter and create an email list together by launching a sub-stack on the topic and linking to it from the resources section. My eyes about popped out of my head, when I caught a glimpse of the golden goose in this post! There just isn't any logical reason to do all of this the hard way by creating my own content (unless it's a course I can sell for 5 grand) Oh, no...I think it's about high time to embrace the lazy way and focus all of my attention on SELLING.
Boom! I love it. I know, I was so inspired by this (and your comment) that I just mapped out a few notes to do this for another influencer I know. Sky's the limit where this can go.
Hi Adam, here's another tip. If you're creative and a little clever with it, you'll see that you can offer 100% of the royalties to the content creator and still collect a kickback in affiliate commissions from the distribution networks.. One deal won't pay the bills.....Buuuttt. Do enough deals and those spare quarters start to add up I call it change jar loot., and we haven't even tapped into the backend lead flow yet,:)
Hey Fabricio, remember the bonus chapter that you charge two businesses $10k each to add to this book that you're giving away as a bonus? Split 50/50 is $10k for each of you. That's one example, or placing a few SaaS recurring revenue ads into the free book could bring in the same.
This is so cool! I need to do this more! I learned about this by accident when I was buying data for my sales reps. We bought a list of "software buyers" from a defunct network marketing company and turned that list into 20k the first month! The catch is, you wanna make sure you shine and clean the gold in the trash before you try sellin it.
To be honest I enter emails to see how fast can I receive money but I get board easily . I know the more we read the more you get paid and depending on which site we punch others will also get paid.

I need to have competition for my time on hand when I make someone money this is not to my taste to be called dummies.
I can't wait for the Zoom meeting. I have ideas already erupting in my mind. And I know there are tons of people who have long given up on their products and will be more than willing revenue share when we repurpose the content and write a new sales letter for it.
