Turns Trash Into Treasure

Cash flow stuff you got free or dirt cheap...

How financially secure would you feel if you knew where you could get an unlimited supply of gravel free and could turn it into gold and sell it for under spot price?

The spot on gold is $1903.30 right now.

What if you could sell it for $1,500?

When everyone else is selling it above spot price for $2,000.

You wouldn’t need any sales judo, would ya?

You could get a 6th grader to sell it at $400 below spot.

And you’d make a heap if you got the gravel at no charge?

Wouldn’t you still do great if you got it almost free?

How much relief would you feel if you had a sitch like that?

How free would you be?

Now, I don’t know how you can do this with gravel and gold?

But I’ve done something similar to this for years…

I find something one dude(tte) considers trash and then I turn it into a treasure someone else wants and I sell it to them under market value.

But, I want to share the big picture with all y’all Sinners…

It’s important to your money mojo…

I’ve had car dealers give me cars on consignment they considered trash and I’d clean them up and sell them at auction.

I’ve had people GIVE ME their unwanted land because they live out of state and it’s just a hassle and pain for them to keep paying property taxes and worry about it.

I just pay a few hundred bucks in property taxes and sell it for thousands in days or weeks because I sell it below market value.

By far though…

My favorite Trash to Treasure money machine is intellectual property.

Customer and prospect databases.

Courses.

Videos.

Books.

Articles.

Why IP?

Because there is ENDLESS amounts of it “sitting in the trash”.

It’s more common now than dirt.

People will hand it to you free!

No kidding.

I’ve got a dude on Planet Mojo who made an offer to take course creators’ old courses (TRASH) and put them on popular course marketplaces…

…the deal was they’d share the money coming in from sales 50/50.

He’d just provide the copy and move the course to the marketplace they weren’t on!

It RAINED “Yesses” on him.

There will always be “old courses” (trash) he can put on another marketplace and turn into treasure.

ALWAYS!

He’s got an endless supply for the rest of his life.

I get biz owners that turn over customer databases that took them YEARS to build and sometimes MILLIONS of dollars to build.

Now, is it because we are so good at “persuasion”?

No.

If they’ve ALREADY “thrown it away”…

And you come along and say, “I’ve figured out a new way to turn some of that trash in the dumpster in your backyard into money, if I could get some cash for your trash would you give me half?”

Now…

Even better…

Is to just ask, “May I haul away the trash in your backyard for you? I’d do it free because there might be something I could use in there.”

Doesn’t take a fancy tongue dance.

A lot of folks are happy to be rid of the junk.

Now, the key to this is knowing how to turn the trash into cash…

or trash into treasure.

Here’s something I figured out that I think will help you a lot.

It’s made me a sizeable fortune.

I never worry about money.

Some might say I am financially indestructible?

To turn trash into a treasure you must find ONE MORE USE for the trash.

The best way for me to explain this is with an example:

I have 7 years of intellectual property from training and Zoom calls I’ve just got sitting there on Wistia (my video storage).

Right now it’s not doing me any good.

It’s just sitting in “storage” or “trash”.

But what’s ONE MORE USE of the video content?

What COULD I do with that trash?

What if I REPURPOSED IT and turned it into ebooks?

There’s a heap of buyer traffic on Amazon and Kindle.

So that’s what I did…

I hired someone to go through that content and turn it into Kindle books (for a start)…

I am going to make the books evergreen topics so they live out on Kindle for years, maybe decades?

Yes, I will make some royalties off the sales.

But, I also want the LEAD FLOW!

What’s ANOTHER USE?

That trash could be turned into courses and put on the course marketplaces, right?

Now, am I the ONLY content creator on the planet?

Heck no!

Take a look at this:

According to Linktree over 200 million people around the world consider themselves to be content creators!

I get soooo excited when I see all the “trash” I can turn into treasure.

I think repurposing content is the biggest opportunity of my lifetime.

And now we’ve got AI to help out…

HOLY MOLY!
