There is a DIFFERENT kind of list a Sinner can (and should) build.
A list that…
*Can create 6 figures a year with as few as SIX people on the list. (I’m being conservative. How long would it take you to build a list of 6???)
*Those people on the list (if structured right) will buy EVERYTHING you can get your hands on. (INFINITE Customer Value)
*They will HAPPILY tell you EXACTLY what they are looking for and at what price.
*They will often contact you and ask YOU if you can sell them more! (I am not jiving ya.)
*They will offer to pay you MORE on their own if you’ll just sell to them exclusively. (Again, not kidding.)
I first learned this from a salty smart fella in his 80’s.
In his working lifetime, created $400 million in revenue.
That’s like 5 millie for every year starting on his birthday.
Which is darn good. Don’t care who ya are.
What impressed me the most was he did it with very little staff.
Without a heap of bog down and headaches.
I’m sure he had a few.
And he was a heckuva nice fella to boot.
His name was J.F. (Jim) Straw.
Not many folks know him.
(I dig that too.)
But he made a bulk of his money being a “finder”.
He’d find high-dollar stuff and get paid a finder’s fee.
He was really good at import/export too.
He’d find a product in the US and then find someone who wanted it overseas and put them together.
This was back BEFORE fax machines and computers.
As you can imagine…
This is even EASIER to do today with the ol’ internets.
A few years before he passed, he decided to put his best secrets in an ebook.
It was a simple PDF file.
He asked $1,000.
I remember because I bought it!
I remember thinking I might be ready for the looney bin or something?
But, got dayuuuum, if that wasn’t one of the smarter purchases I ever made.
Dude was smart in his simplicity.
Would you like the takeaway?
Which has made me a fortune too…
But I did it differently than Jim.
Aight…
We all know BUYER's LISTS are one of the most lucrative assets we can control or own.
Jim was all for building a buyer’s list.
He had 700,000 buyers on his list at one time.
But, as Jim said, “The problem is they only buy onesy, twosy.”
He had an epiphany one day when one of his buyers reached out and asked, “How many do you have? I’ll take all you got!”
Come to find out, this eager buyer was also a SELLER of the same item.
Jim had “found” the item at a super inexpensive price which was cheaper than the SELLER was getting them.
This is when the light bulb went off in Jim’s brain.
The best buyers are SELLERS!
How come?
Because…
They have to SELL to stay in business!
They also know EXACTLY what they want, what price, terms or conditions they want and are happy to buy in BULK or “take all you got!”
Even more…
Unlike onesy, twosy buyers…
They aren’t closed-lipped up about what they want.
They are HAPPY TO TELL YOU!
For ONE EXAMPLE…
In my land business…
There is NEVER ENDING CAPITAL to buy land at the right price, terms or conditions.
Who has the never-ending capital?
Other sellers of land.
Other land investors.
If you can be a “finder” of off-market and under-market land, as Jim would put it.
You can make a great living with a list of 6 land SELLERS.
They will tell you EXACTLY where and what they are looking for and what prices they want.
Heck, really if you have ONE deep-pocketed SELLER, you can make 6 figures a year.

One of them is how when most copywriters write emails they get paid a couple of hundred bucks on average per email.
But…
I’ve totally figured out a twist on Jim’s secret to getting paid THOUSANDS (and tens of thousands) per email…
By NOT selling “Email Copy”.
HINT: Nobody ever says, “I’ll take all the email copy you got!”
What could I do to get them to say, “I’ll take all you got!”?

This is too crazy, I just finished reading Mustard seeds, shovels, and mountains! You're the first person I know who has even heard of Jim Straw. Very common sense guy!
If you have good leads, they'll take all you got. You aren't selling copy, your selling more customers and leads and they can use this proven copy under these conditions. A percentage of the revenue and a 6 month licensing fee of $999. And you have the right to verify their books. They must notify you when they use the copy so you can keep a record of the only authorized uses and the results of that use. So you can improve the copy. $10,000 fee due immediately in the event of unauthorized use.
