World's Most Lucrative, Leverageable and Little Known Asset...
Create it from thin air and monetize immediately...
The wealthy don't work for money.
The wealthy work for assets.
These assets deposit rents, royalties, residuals or dividends into their bank accounts whether they are bingeing Cobra Kai on Netflix...
...or have been in a grave since 1977 like Elvis Presley.
(FYI: Elvis earned $39 million last year - 6 feet under.)
I'm a redneck hick who lives like a royalty king thanks to this ONE ASSET.
Here are 5 reasons this is my favorite asset class:
#5- It's the Queen on the Asset Chessboard.
Need product? Yours for the asking if you own the queen.
Need distribution? Done. Just bring this to the board and you've got it.
Need both? I get both all the time. I just flash my queen and I get access to product and distribution at the same time.
#4 - Beats Real Estate:Â
There are no toilets, tenants or termites. Plus good credit or 30 years of indentured servitude to a fat banker isn't required.
#3 - Blows away Stocks:Â
Start saving hard now and with fortitude, persistence and barring the stock market doesn't blow up...in 30 or 40 years you can have $10 million.
Just put it in muni bonds and create $400k a year tax-free - 30 years from now.
#2 - Backup Plan to Winning The Biz Lottery:Â
I love biz peeps. I hope they all exit for a huge payday.
Call me impatient, but I don't want to marry a business and divorce my life for 5, 10 or 20 years.
It's not the big payday I'm after, I want the INCOME on a recurring basis, like royalties and residuals for "work" I trade for assets once.
It's mine NOW, owning one or two pieces of the World's Most Lucrative and Leverageable Asset.
#1 - Created from Thin Air:Â
You can rip away all my money, my reputation and put me in a strange city.
If I can find a public library with computer access, I'd be back earning royalties and residuals in 7 to 14 days.
(I could probably barter for hotel rooms, food, transportation and more during my SHORT homeless period.)
BONUS REASON:Â
This asset will ALWAYS be wanted, desired and in demand.
Henry VIII wanted it sitting at his dining table chomping on turkey legs.
The billionaire tech owner wants it sitting at their contemporary table about to feast on their vegan delights.
So what IS the World's Most Lucrative and Leverageable Asset?
I could just tell you.
But, somehow I don't think this would be as helpful as getting you to put your grey cells to work:-)
Besides, I was inspired to write this post because....
I've been having a few chat convos with a few folks and I bring up the name of this asset...
And you know what happens?
They are like: "I don't know what that is?".
or...
"I don't have time!"
Why?
Cuz they are so busy working for money (instead of assets).
So back to working for retainers, fees, and money they go.
I'm sure they are "saving up" to buy assets someday.
That's what soooo many folks do.
It's what we/they have been taught to do.
I believe when wages are stagnant…
I believe when inflation is rising faster than the crap in DC…
…everyone must own this asset - if they want to stop trading their blood, sweat and tears for money.
I want you to work on it a bit, so you get insight on a DIFFERENT way.
So, what IS The World's Most Lucrative, Leverageable and Little Known Asset?
I’m watching and responding to comments:-) So…
Rooting For Ya,

A lot of y'all are a millimeter or two from the bullseye, but only one has hit the bullseye dead center:-) I AM impressed with all the responses though!
I asked ChatGPT to take a guess at what the author is hinting at;
and this is it's answer.
Based on the information provided, it appears that the author is referring to intellectual property, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and royalties, as the "World's Most Lucrative, Leverageable and Little Known Asset." These types of assets can provide a recurring income stream through royalties and residuals, and can be leveraged for access to products and distribution channels. The author also mentions that it can be created from thin air, and it is always in demand. The author is encouraging readers to think about this asset class as a way to generate income and build wealth.
So, is my little chatbuddy right?
