...and "rent it out" for RECURRING INCOME.

(When you rent out content, it's called royalties.)

You can “flip it” too.

It’s like real estate…

Buy cheap and flip.

Buy cheap and rent it out.

Buy cheap, rent it out, then flip.

But it's better than real estate because you can CLONE IP/content.

You can buy ONCE…

And rent it to 1000’s.

Flip it to 1000’s

Keep renting it out until your royalty income > living expenses. 

Now, you've got TIME FREEDOM because you've done something almost nobody does...

You've DIVORCED your blood, sweat, tears and TIME from your MONEY. 

Now, unlike real estate...

With content/IP we don't need to save up huge amounts of money or enslave ourselves to a bank going into debt.
