Read THIS and You’ll Understand Investing Better Than 95 Out of 100 People

It’s not their fault…

But…

If you put 100 people in a room…

95 believe that investing is putting money into something and then waiting for its value to go up. 

Invest in a stock.

Wait. 

Hope. 

Give it fifty-eleven years. 

Yay. 

I am an investor. 

Now…

If they’ve got fifty-eleven years to wait…

That definition may be fine for them. 

But if you’re like me…

Impatient AF!…

I don’t want to wait!

I want to invest a small (or large) sum of money now…

And have it pay me every day, week or month. 

I am an INCOME INVESTOR! 

I also want to get my original investment back as fast as possible! 

I am impatient and unreasonable! 😄

There are 1000s of investments you can do this with. 

But…

You will never see a talking head on CNBC talk about this. 

Why?

Because they don’t get paid to tell you. 

They get paid by BIG COMPANIES who want you to buy their “off the shelf” investments at RETAIL prices. 

In other words…

👉They want you to give them your money. 

👉They want you to leave your money with them for as long as possible. 

👉They want to USE your money while you go grey waiting and hoping. 

Real estate isn’t much different. 

The BANKERS want you to make payments to them for 30 years. 

They gladly loan you $300,000 for MONTHLY PAYMENTS for 360 months. 

And you’ll end up paying over $1,000,000 in principal and interest. 

Oh, if you miss a few payments. 

They foreclose. 

I’m not saying your home won’t go up in value. 

It likely will. 

But what good does that do you today? Next week? or next month?

When we think outside the box…

👉When we think, how (and where) can I make an investment today that will pay me INCOME next month?

👉When we think, how can I get my investment capital back to reinvest it again for new income streams?

We become better investors than 95 out of 100 people. 

And I am being conservative. 

Now…

I don’t want to wear out my welcome today.
