Airbnb raked in $8.708 BILLION last year renting property it didn’t own.

Uber scooped up $31.88 Billion renting out cars they don’t own.

RVShare did about $4 millie renting out recreation vehicles they don’t own either.

Now all these companies required a mountain of cash to start and an Einstein-sized IQ to figure out.

But what about the average dude(tte)?

Maybe thrilled to add an extra $100k, $200k, or $1 million a year?

Nothing wrong with having champagne tastes on a beer pocketbook…
