How to Get a Smokin' Hot Deal on Almost Anything You Want...
Even if you're a newbie negotiator...
I can get almost anything for free or pennies on the dollar.
I’ve purchased parcels of land worth $4,000 for $400. (Then sold it for $3,000.)
I bought a plot of land in Arkansas for $0 + BACK TAXES of $300 and then sold it for $2,000.
I purchased a house for $15,000 and sold it 2 days after closing (to the neighbor on the same street) for $45,000.
I’ve done it with cars, too.
I got cars on CONSIGNMENT, cleaned them up, and sold them at auction for $1200 to thousands.
I’ve worked deals where I take over prospect lists, customer lists, and more by just taking over the payments on their autoresponders.
I’ve received thousands of dollars worth of free radio advertising.
I’ve purchased rights (multiple times) to courses and content for a few hundred dollars and sold them over and over again for multiple six figures.
I’ve hauled away tens of thousands of dollars worth of computer equipment for the gas money it took me to drive to the business and time to load it up.
I am not the only one.
Extreme shopping deals have been made with everything from airplanes to diamonds to sailboats. (Seriously, one of the biggest sailing schools in the US was started by getting boat time in trade for sailing lessons.)
One of the keys to becoming financially indestructible…
Isn’t being a “slick” salesperson.
It isn’t about having “cash” to get the best deal because if you can GET THE DEAL cheap enough…people will give you the cash. If you get a piece of real estate for 25% of market value…you will have investors lined up to get a piece of the action.
It isn’t about reading 13 negotiation books.
Being friendly helps…
But being a hard-nosed negotiator will actually hurt you.
(I teach Nice Guy Negotiation; more on that in a second.)
You can get smokin’ hot deals on just about anything you want if you understand this one idea almost nobody really gets.
You can keep the items for yourself.
Or you can turn your shopping savvy into a business and flip the items after you got them for a song.
If you’re like me…
You’d rather buy for pennies on the dollar and RENT them for monthly, passive income.
It’s a biz model that is HARD to screw up:
Buy for pennies on the dollar and then rent for monthly income.
Keep it. Flip it. or Cash flow it.
It’s up to you…
The world is your oyster…
…if you understand ONE THING about getting almost anything dirt cheap…
I call it:
