I’ve gotta habit of naming everything.
My intention for you is to lop off 30 or 40 years on being “Set for Life”.
My bigger ambition is to show you how you can be “Set for Life in 6 Months”.
Shortened: Set IN 6

If we want to be Set In 6…
We have to flip (almost) everything we’ve been taught about money-making on its head.
Starting with this principle:
It’s not how fast we save money that determines how fast we get to financial freedom.
BUT…
How fast we Acquire Valuable Assets (AVA) that determines how fast we get to financial freedom.
Let me do some ‘splainin.
If you’ve read Rich Dad, Poor Dad…
I’m not telling you nothing you haven’t heard, YET…
The poor and middle-class focus on money while the rich focus on assets.
But…
Here’s what Robert didn’t really go into…
How do you get the assets without money to start?
And even if you have money to start…
You want to ACQUIRE THE ABILITY to Acquire Valuable Assets (AVA) so cheaply (or with some other advantage) that other people will give you any time, energy AND money you lack.
You’ve heard of Fuck You Money?
or FU Money?
Well, this is the FU Ability!
FU ABILITY allows you to access, control or own FU Assets.
And it’s these FU Assets that allow you to stack FU Money.
I’ve got a dozen examples, but let me use one good one.
I am in the “land business”.
I use quotes because I don’t think of it as a land biz, I’ll tell you why some other day.
But, I paid a mentor to give me the FU Ability to find OFF MARKET land and buy it for pennies on the dollar.
(Off market is a secret for another time too. Most of your AVA will be done OFF MARKET.)
I then put it ON MARKET and either flip it or sell it on owner financing for cash flow.
I’ve even got land free because the owner owed back taxes.
I just paid a few hundred bucks in back taxes and they deeded the land over to me.
(FU Ability KNOW HOW!)
I’m closing this month on a 12-acre parcel I paid $65,000 for all in and I’ll walk away with $105,000 less closing costs.
Huddle in because here’s the point I want you to take in…
With the FU Ability to FIND these deals and ACQUIRE them…
I don’t need money. (I’ve got a dozen people willing to fund these deals for a split of the profits.)
I don’t need legal expertise. (My title company/attorney handles that.)
I don’t need to learn how to survey land. (My surveyor does that.)
AND…
If I acquire at a dirt cheap price…
I sell BELOW MARKET VALUE and SALES is easy.
I don’t expect you to press the “I believe” button right away…
but…
It’s like this…
If the spot price of gold is $1800 an ounce.
But you’ve figured out (FU Ability) how to get it at $500 an ounce.
$1300 BELOW market value.
You’ll have a line of folks ready to hand you the 500 bucks for a split of the profit.
And if you sell it for $1700 which is $100 below everyone else.
You don’t need a world-class salesperson.
A stuttering sixth grader could sell it for you easy as selling Schlitz beer to sailors on shore leave.
Does that make sense?
I’m gonna visit again with all kinds of examples.
But…
Land is just one example.
And people are setting up 7 figure land deals that cash flow five figures every month…
In one DEAL…
Right now!
I’ve set these deals up for years using INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
I own Google Docs which have pulled in 7 figures and counting.
In fact, NON-TRADITIONAL ASSETS (NTAs) are simpler and faster to acquire for pennies on the dollar than traditional assets.
How would you buy Apple Stock at a discount?
I dunno?
Maybe Warren Buffet does?
But, I can acquire and own a list of BUYERS of big-ticket things from a few thousand dollar purchases to millions for TEN CENTS a record.
That FU Ability allows me to get FU Assets and then cash flow for FU Money.
So, here’s what I want you to do pronto.
If you’re like me…
You’ll forget everything we talked about today 5 minutes after you check your FB feed.
So, FUN-WORK:
Pull out an index card or a post-it note and write:
“AVA: Acquire Valuable Assets”
…and if you don’t have kids in the home add…
“FU Ability: AVA for pennies on the dollar.”
Then post it where you will see it every day!
Will ya do it?
