Most of my Dire Straits “Money for Nothing” Income dances into my bank account through royalty commissions.

A royalty is like rent you get for the intellectual property you own, but rent out.

The Elvis estate is still rock n’ and roll n’ royalties long after the King’s death in ‘77.

Now, I’m no Jimmy Buffet or Elvis.

I’m just a regular dude.

But, I’ve figured out how to get royalty income from writing.

I get paid for writing I didn’t write, but I get control over.

Now, you can collect royalties from written stuff like books, reports, long-form sales copy, and way more.

I’ve done super well self-publishing books and courses.

But books can take fifty-eleven days, weeks or months to write.

I’m impatient though.

One of the fastest things to “write and rent” is email.

Now, there are a lot of email copywriters out there.

They typically get paid $100 to $500 per email.

But…that’s IS WORKIN’…and there ain’t no chicks!

That’s not what I’m talking about…

I get paid THOUSANDS per email.

And here’s the BIG SECRET and I don’t use “secret” lightly.

They are getting paid for their WRITING.

They are selling their time.

That time produces an email which they get paid one time for.

Again, no chicks as a bonus!

I don’t sell writing.

I sell SALES!

I also, in most cases, retain RIGHTS to the email copy (Intellectual Property).

I just LICENSE them the use.

They pay me royalties based on the number and amount of sales.

And I can go rent the email to other businesses.

The difference is GINORMOUS!

"PPPPPPPFFFFFFFFFFFFTTTTTTTTTT!!!"

After you wipe away the slobber from your face...

You see the problemo, right?

They want to believe you, but no way they’re gonna take a $5,000 risk on you.

That’s how I get paid THOUSANDS per email.

“Let me send the email. We’ll close the sales. Let Stripe or Paypal put the money in your account. You just send me my cut (royalty) after.”

My “cut” is normally 30% to 50% on stuff from $500 to $50,000!
