That was the “sales pitch” I got when I talked to a tattoo removal booth at a local ComicCon.
“Worst. Pitch. Ever.” was my initial thought.
…Then I realized…
It was strategic.
In less than a minute the lady at the booth has disqualified at least 90% of potential time wasters.
The few who stuck around were likely serious candidates.
…while we didn’t talk about this specific tattoo removal story…
Jim Niswonger and I just had a Zoom where we talked about qualifying and disqualifying potential partners using social media posts.
Jim is one of the most active dealmakers I know.
A lot of his deals come directly from his Facebook profile.
