NETS european banking security seems to automacially block purchases on Substack, so customers has to call their bank and get it put through manually (but of course, they dont tell you by a message, that this is what happens....)
Perfect timing for being maybe the first paying the higher rate haha :-)

I have tried upgrading to paid several times, putting in credit card deets. But i get nowhere. And support bot could not help.
Are there any other way?
I get a confirmation page, but i dont get billed, and i stay in free mode..
